Siddhivinayak Properties was formed in January 2012, as a partnership institution, to work in real estate segment, to construct and provide the low-cost house with a high end quality to the people. We started as a marketing company, to take the whole sole projet of a builder to market and sell, in the year 2011. Within a span of one year, we sold 60 flats with an average of 5 Flats in a month, with just support of partners. In 2012, company started its functioning in the construction of residential apartments, along with its core business of marketing and sales. In the time span of a mere 6 years, we, as a company , sold 292 flats to end-users.
